Waiting for Tomorrow

It seems like this time of year all the kids think about is waiting: waiting for school to be out for holiday break, waiting for Santa, wanting to stay up and wait for the ball drop, and it seems to them like all they do in life is wait. Which is actually what a lot of us do. Too many of us spend our time waiting for stuff to happen rather than going out there and taking action to help us get where we want to go.

So as we look ahead into 2015 I encourage you to think about what you’ve been waiting for. Are you waiting for someone, something, the other shoe to fall? What’s been holding you back in life? With this week as we transition from 2014 to 2015 maybe it’s time for you to let go of things so you can stop waiting and get on with life.

Maybe you can’t even identify what’s holding you back anymore, or there really isn’t anything holding you back, you just aren’t going anywhere. If that’s the case you’re definitely ready to get going, no getting rid of stuff required. It’s time to make a plan and get into action on accomplishing your goals and dreams.

As we head into the new year I’ve been thinking about how I’ll be able to help you better and more, and I always love hearing feedback from you on how I can better help you accomplish your dreams and goals, so comment below and let me know.

And if you’re tired of hearing from your kids about waiting, I’ve shared lots of craft projects and food fun on the blog this year and in previous years that you can sit them down to do while they’re waiting.
